Teatro Bulabanda premieres new show 'Abundansia pa nos tur

Teatro Bulabanda is set to premiere its new theatrical production, 'Abundansia pa nos tur' — which translates roughly to 'Abundance for all of us' — this Friday in Curaçao. The show was conceived and created by Albert Schoobaar, a figure connected to the local theater group. Teatro Bulabanda is a known presence in Curaçao's local arts and theater scene, regularly producing performances that reflect Caribbean and local cultural themes. The title of the production suggests themes of community, shared prosperity, and inclusivity, though specific plot details were not disclosed in the excerpt. The premiere marks a new chapter for the company and offers Curaçao residents a fresh local cultural experience. Events like this are significant for the island's creative sector, which plays a role in preserving and celebrating Papiamento-language arts and local storytelling traditions.
