Curaçao Delegation Visits Aruba to Study Water and Energy Management

For the next three weeks, 184 Dutch military personnel from the Royal Netherlands Army are conducting training exercises across Curaçao and Aruba as part of the annual 'Caribbean Engineer' exercise.
