Sixteen recruits have successfully completed the Dutch Caribbean Coast Guard's intensive Youth Crew Program (JBK) after more than a year of rigorous training, professional development, and personal growth. The JBK is a structured pathway designed to bring young recruits into the Coast Guard through intensive preparation before full service.
