Over 80 Youth Participate in Curaçao Justice Ministry Bootcamp

The Traffic and Transportation Executive Organization (UOVV) is organizing Curaçao's tenth annual National Public Transportation Day on Sunday. Austrian mountain rescue teams came to the aid of 36 hikers on Sunday after the group became stranded in the Alps at an altitude of over 2,300 meters. The group had ventured into the mountains with young children and baby strollers, equipment poorly suited for high-altitude alpine terrain. Rescue workers were dispatched to safely bring the group down from the mountain.
